FutBaller employs strict content moderation policies, including AI and human review, to maintain a safe environment. Videos and comments must comply with our Community Guidelines, which prioritize child safety, sportsmanship, and respect.

2. Permissions and License

By uploading content to FutBaller, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully-paid, non-exclusive, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, display, reproduce, distribute, transmit, publicly perform, create derivative works from, and otherwise use your content across all FutBaller platforms. This includes but is not limited to:

1. Webpages and mobile applications;

2. Social media channels operated by FutBaller;

3. Marketing, promotional, and educational materials.

If you delete your content, the license will terminate prospectively, but any prior uses of your content (e.g., promotional materials or shared posts) remain licensed.

3. Representations and Warranties

You represent and warrant that:

1. You are at least 18 years old, or you are the parent or guardian of a minor user under 13 and have provided parental consent.

2. You own or have secured the necessary rights to all content you upload, including permissions from individuals appearing in your videos.

3. Your content does not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.

4. Content Standards

To ensure a safe and enriching environment, all content uploaded to FutBaller must:

1. Focus on athletic performance, training, or game highlights.

2. Avoid dangerous, exploitative, or unsportsmanlike activities.

3. Exclude unauthorized music or third-party materials unless properly licensed.

4. Be truthful and authentic, without deceptive edits or misrepresentations.

Content that fails to meet these standards may be removed, and violators may face account suspension or termination.

5. Copyright Compliance

FutBaller takes intellectual property rights seriously. If you upload content that infringes on someone else’s copyright, it will be removed, and your account may be suspended. Repeat offenders will be banned permanently.

6. Impersonation and Authenticity

Users may only create accounts or upload content that accurately represents themselves or their teams. Parental accounts may manage or create profiles for minors, but friends, teammates, or others may not create profiles on behalf of someone else without explicit consent.

7. Safety and Privacy Protections

FutBaller prioritizes the safety of its young users:

• All videos are reviewed before being published to ensure compliance with our guidelines.

• Personal details in user profiles, such as school names and birthdates, are turned off by default and require explicit activation.

• Private messaging between adults and minors is strictly prohibited unless part of a verified coaching or scouting relationship.

8. Music and Audio Content

Users are responsible for ensuring that any music included in their videos is properly licensed. Unauthorized use of copyrighted music will result in the removal of the video. FutBaller may partner with music licensing services to simplify compliance, and users are encouraged to select from approved audio tracks when editing their videos.

9. Liability and Disclaimer

FutBaller relies on user-generated content and cannot guarantee the accuracy of all uploaded statistics, scores, or other information. Content on FutBaller is provided for informational purposes only. Users who notice inaccuracies may request corrections through our ticketing system.

FutBaller assumes no liability for:

1. Misrepresentation or inaccuracies in user-generated content;

2. Unauthorized use of copyrighted materials by users;

10. Enforcement and Appeals
